...I dogged these guys. I'll admit it. It was all about "me". I needed
this - I needed that. In retrospect, I wanted and not needed. That's
the interesting thing about Viklele. They were immediately on top of
any problem with their product and - as crazy as it seems - even faster
when I wanted or needed some feature or enhancement. Want/need - it
didn't matter to them. It was obvious from the onset that customer
satisfaction (cliche but true) was their primary concern. Almost scary
in their response time....
