They were immediately on top of any problem with their product and - as crazy as it seems - even faster when I wanted or needed some feature or enhancement....It was obvious from the onset that customer satisfaction (cliche but true) was their primary concern. I don't see how they could have made it any easier...

I was able to easily incorporate this component into my application within minutes, without any code changes, and with only a couple of quick glances at the documentation. I don't see how they could have made it any easier...
