Returns or sets the color used for painting background of a selected Property.
Syntax
object.HighlightBackColor [= color ]
The HighlightBackColor property syntax has these parts:

| object | An object expression that evaluates to a VLPropertyList. |
| color | An OLE_COLOR expression specifying the color to be used for painting highlighting/selection of a Property. |
