Mr. Gokhale informed the committee that the previous Treasurer (Mr. Behere) and Secretary (Mr. Vaidya) had handed over the books of accounts to us on August 24th. 2003. However they have retained all the expense vouchers and bills with them. It was felt that Mr. Gokhale should confirm with our auditor Mr. Apte whether or not this was acceptable.
