PRBA member Mr. Yogesh Abhyankar had submitted a letter complaining about an alleged breach of decorum by a previous office bearer during the Association's last AGM. The committee took note of this letter and acknowledged the special responsibility of the Managing Committee to maintain decorum and create a pleasant atmosphere so that the game of Bridge may prosper in Pune. It was resolved that all committee members would go out of their way in order to see that no unpleasantness be caused by their actions. Mr. Gokhale to draft a reply to Mr. Abhyankar.
