Mrs. Sathaye had complained about the Directors not providing sufficient time during one of the rounds of a recent pairs tournament. The committee felt that the issue had arisen because of time that got spent when refreshments were served. It was decided that Tournament Directors should be instructed to give some extra time during one round for serving of refreshments.
