| Product Upgrade Policy |
The price for an upgrade from one version to the next major release depends
on two distinct sets of circumstances regarding the licensee's date of product
purchase:
- If the licensee purchased the previous version within 60 days preceding
the date of the new version's release, the licensee is entitled to a free upgrade.
- If the licensee purchased any previous version prior to the 60 day period, the
price for the upgrade is 35% of the price for the new version.
- Discounted upgrade pricing is only available for 6 months after the release
of the new version.
Upgrades must be within the same platform, i.e. .NET-.NET or COM-COM.
